Beijing Zhonghuan Kinetics Heavy Vehicles Co., Ltd. (BZK) is a joint venture between Singapore Technologies Kinetics (STK) and Beijing Heavy Duty Truck Plant (BHDTP). The company is located in Tongzhou, about 30 km south east of central Beijing. The company started its operation in April 2004.

BHDTP was the pioneer manufacturer of off-road dump truck in China since 1971. To date, it has sold more than 4000 units of off-road dump trucks in China.

STK is a wholly owned subsidiary of ST Engineering of Singapore (web site: www.stengg.com). It's core business is design, manufacture, modification and maintenance of land vehicles and weapon systems. It has several ventures in specialty vehicles manufacturers in North America, Europe and China.

BZK produces a series of off-road dump truck from 20 tons to 50 tons; Terminal prime mover; 25 tons all terrain articulated dump trucks and 28 cubic meters semi-trailer bulk cement tankers and 12 m3 concrete mixer. The company is ISO 9000:2000 certified.
